Our products
All our garments are made from 100% polyester polar fleece. They can be machine washed at 30C or 40C (reduced wash). Do not tumble dry or iron.
Measurements
We lay our garments flat to measure. Since fleece has a slight stretch, all measurements are approximate. Width is measured from underarm to underarm, length is measured from bottom of collar (nape of neck) to bottom of hem/finished edge at centre back; sleeves are measured from underarm to bottom of hem/finished edge.
Ordering & payments
Please follow the instructions for ordering and payment on our website. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notification (this will not affect orders already received by us at the time of change).
We try to ensure our website gives an accurate representation of colours. However, please be aware colours can appear slightly different depending on the viewing device used. Colours can vary slightly with different rolls of fabric so please ensure matching outfits are ordered at the same time.
Delivery
Most orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st class post. Larger orders are despatched via a courier service.
We aim to despatch orders within 2 – 5 working days. Items not currently in stock are made to order and can take up to a further 10 working days.
Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will notify you of the earliest date we can post it.
Delivery costs are shown on our website. We regret we are unable to post items to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
Returns
Goods can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must not be worn, soiled, washed or damaged.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods and they remain your responsibility until received by us.
If your complete order is returned we will refund the original postage paid by you, but not the cost of returning it to us.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order by emailing or telephoning us prior to despatch. If your order has already been despatched you can return the unworn good within 14 days for a full refund.
